Apologies for the slow posting recently! The ol' college and work load is a wee bit overwhelming at the moment to say the least! Unfortunately that sometimes means blogging has to sit on the backburner at times =(

BUT! I recommend you get you butt to Superdrug or onto the MUA website because these fabulous lipsticks are just £1! That's right! No waiting for payday! (If your purse is really struggling, check the sofa..)

They're really pigmented, long-wearing and actually quite moisturizing. A complete bargain!

MUA Pro-Brow Eyebrow Kit

I've been on the hunt for a lovely eyebrow kit after using a friends HD brow kit from HD Brows during a photo-shoot. I loved the texture of the powder and the finish it gave, not to mention it's supposed to last 24 hours! But it is £25. Ooof. Thatsa blow to the piggy-bank.

But I spotted this kit from MUA, which contains 3 colors, a wax, a double sided angled brush and an uber cute pair of tweezers. All for the amazeballs price of £3.50!

The definition this lil box of magic gives is just fab. Not to mention it's a perfect size if you're on the go. Not that you'll need it. Although it does wear during the day, I was still taking it off along with my eye makeup at end of the day! (I used the wax on top of the powder).

Is it better than other eyebrow kits? I don't know. But it's certainly a rival and for price, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try!

MUA "Undress Your Skin" Highlighter

My most reached highlighter recently goes to MUAs "Undress Your Skin". I usually reach for MACs "Soft and Gentle" but after spotting this £2 BARGAIN I had to give it a try. It's lovely. Very subtle. A slight pink sheen and the product itself looks beautiful. I find it lasts just as long as my usual face powder. LOVE!

MUA Lipstick Swatches!

As you may have noticed, my recent purchases of MUA have excited me a wee bit! And let my purse breathe a sigh of relief! All these lipsticks are £1 and I love them! If you're a student make up artist like me, or just simple on a budget (erm, like me!) then get your butt down to Superdrug or to the MUA website.

MUA Eyeshadow Swatches

I wanted some inexpensive eye-shadows to use for my student kit so I can save the more expensive products (like MAC for example) for my professional kit. I've tried so many brands and most seem too chalky or have poor pigmentation but the MUA single shadows are fab! I can't vouch for the palettes yet but the singles come in a range of shades with either a matte or pearl finish. For £1 you can't complain!
